OUR MODULES





   PARTNERS MODULE 

You can easily manage your partners in one place, and you can create groups of them for easier transparency. This way you can handle them together regarding pricing, discounts for example. In this module you can record new partners who can be corporate customers, suppliers or individuals. With flexible data sheets you can use the fields which are included by default to store data, but even you can customize them with the information you need in addition. 


If you've kept data of your customers in Excel so far, you don't have to spend days uploading it into the system. We provide the possibility of bulk import, which significantly shortens the time of uploading so you can focus on important things to do. 



  CRM MODULE

With the help of appointment booking, a complex record can be kept in the system about the capacity of units, people, activities, timeframe of bookings, and sales processes related to bookings. The system can receive changes from both the website and the system by complex cooperation. The aim of the campaign management sub-module is to be able to manage direct communication with partners in groups, to list and collect it traceably. 

 



   HR MODULE

The Human Resources - HR module is for recording data about employees. With the help of customizable data sheets, you can record all the important information about them. In the system, you can differentiate internal and external employees, as well as set up partner contact people, thus making the status of employees more transparent. It is closely related to other modules, as the data of employees are used in several places in the system, for example when issuing a customer invoice.


You need to record everyone in this module who you want to give access to the system. You can create roles for people, based on which you can also give rights to these groups. It is not necessary to give rights for each user separately.



   PRODUCTS MODULE

The Products module is one of the most important parts of the system, it is connected with everything, as the data recorded here will appear in the webshop, on the vouchers, warehouse management is also based on it. It is possible to handle them in bulk if you group them so that you can handle large quantities at once. Of course, they can be recorded one by one in the system, or from an Excel file, it is also possible to load them in bulk in a suitable format. 



   PRICING MODULE

With the help of the Pricing module, you can create a sales strategy with product and voucher discounts, as well as create new price categories and partner contracted prices, which you will be able to utilize in the Sales module. In the New Product Discount sub-module, you can set discounts for products and product groups. This can be a limit of value, quantity or periodic discount.


The Voucher discount works according to a similar logic, which applies all items of the voucher. You can create a New Price Category within the sub-module e.g. retail or wholesale prices and to determine to which partner group the created price category can be assigned and what type of discount can be assigned. In addition to the price categories, you can also enter a contracted price. Here you can select a partner or group of partners to whom you want to apply this new, contracted price, and you can also select products for which it will apply.


In the Priority Settings it is possible to set the order between the specified pricing strategies. The module can be the basis for the sales of products. Invoices also can be issued by using products which have only one selling price, this modules’ use is not necessary for daily operation. 



   SALES MODULE 

Suitable for creating and tracking vouchers, orders and offers. The Sales module contains everything related to sales and the work of salespeople. It covers the following areas: Offers (Customer offers) - Orders (Customer orders) - Invoicing (Pre-payment request, pre-payment and customer invoice issue) - Salespeople and commission settings - Sales statements (sales, salespeople statistics). 


D4S system is suitable for creating customer orders from offers or invoices from orders with a few clicks, thus it makes the work of salespeople easier. Based on these, managers have the opportunity to retrieve data and statistics on how efficiently the salespeople have worked.  



   CONTROLLING MODULE

The controlling and decision support system is a service that is suitable to help the staff of the controlling department or the management of the company to optimize the required labor input, enable the automation of certain work processes, support their implementation and help increase the operational efficiency of the company. 


On this platform, you can create completely personalized queries based on individual needs. You can use the data of all the fields and columns in the program to arrange the various queries. There are two sub-modules: Statement Lists, which contain the most common queries pre-built to facilitate decisions made in the knowledge of day-to-day results (sales, purchasing, inventory management) and Plan-Fact, for which the system has predefined plans and it is possible to compare and follow the factual data related to them. 



   PURCHASE MODULE 

Here you will find everything related to purchase and logistics. We have the ability to record and track Supplier invoices, Supplier Orders, and Offer Requests.


The Purchase module works almost the same way as the Sales module, but we do not record data related to customers, but deal with suppliers. 


After uploading the partner database, it is possible to create a Supplier Order from Offer request and then a Supplier Invoice from the order by only some clicks, which simplifies and shortens the administrative workflow. It is important to record all data in the Partners and Products modules, as the Purchase module can work with the help of them only. In addition, it is worth paying attention to the recording of all documents belonging to purchases, as only through these can the system be able to produce useful statistics and statements. 



   FINANCE MODULE 

In this module it is possible to record and track new cash register vouchers and bank vouchers. We can close cash registers, record general ledger statements, fixed assets, and create statistics. The financial and accounting solution in this case means a service that is suitable for continuously monitoring the economic and financial performance of the company. 


It keeps up-to-date information on the company's payables and receivables, and supports the company's financial planning by preparing short- and long-term liquidity plans. Ensures the recording, management and valuation of fixed assets owned by the company. It allows you to automate certain workflows, supports their execution. It helps the increase of the company's operational efficiency and the work of the financial staff, optimizing the required labor input. 



   WAREHOUSE MANAGEMENT MODULE

This module is for recording and tracking delivery notes, receipts, warehouse movements and manufacturing vouchers. If all data is accurately recorded, you can produce up-to-date statistics on warehouse management. The Warehouse management module is a process management option with complex functions. 


It facilitates management of statistics and graphical statements that allow you to track inventory and warehouse transactions with a wide range of filtering options. You no longer have to store data about your stock in Excel files, our enterprise resource planning system helps you with that as well. 



   PROJECTS MODULE

You can create projects for any business process by filling out the related form, and then you can create statistics to see what results you have completed. The primary goal of the module is to be able to manage all processes and vouchers generated by the system using particular project management tools.


You also have the opportunity to prepare statistics using projects and related vouchers. You can also create projects for overall sales or events with the information you need, which can even be loaded in bulk from an Excel file. It can be assigned to a Partner and you can also add a leader responsible for it. You can also upload documents, if necessary. 



   EXTRA MODULES

MANUFACTURING


With the help of the Manufacturing module, all phases of the manufacturing process can be fully managed, from the use of materials to the manufactured products’ placement in stock, as well as the appropriate schedule of manufacturing. Due to the individual settings and the creation of different recipes, its operation can be completely fit to the company. 


The Manufacturing module in this case means a service that is suitable to help maintain a low stock level of materials and/ or semi-finished products, helps reduce lead times and optimize the amount of human resources required with lower labor input. Functions related to the manufacturing of the company's products can be accessed, which includes the manufacturing processes as well as all the information related to the production. By the contribution of this module, the capacity demand and supply can be planned, production can be managed effectively and the efficiency of operation can be increased. Accurate up-to-date data allows you to answer customer requests immediately and to meet changing needs more easily. 


APPOINTMENT BOOKING


Appointment booking is a special function of the system, with which a complex record can be kept about the capacity, time occupancy of the units, people, activities and the sales processes related to the bookings. 


Unlike many online appointment booking systems, here you can store the data in the ERP system’s data storage and modify it at any time. The system can receive changes from both the website and the system by complex cooperation. You can set the status of bookings, whether they were successful or failed, or create a Customer Invoice with one click. If necessary, you can export the reservations to PDF or Excel format and print them out. 


WEBSITE/WEBSHOP


An online store is the perfect complement to your business because you can reach people who might not be able to be reached otherwise. With the D4S ERP, it is possible to operate an unlimited number of websites or webshops. They are easy to use, you don’t have to learn a new system because they can be managed from ERP, the platform is almost the same as in the resource planning part. The webshop system is constantly connected to the background system, so it has constantly updated data regarding Partners, Products etc.
